In this creative workshop you will connect with your inner child again!
When we step into adulthood we easily forget how to enjoy funny and carefree moments.
This workshop is all about a carefree and colourful experience!
You will discover how adding carefree moments into your weeks can affect your everyday life. If you’re ready to meet your inner child again, you won’t regret this. It’s going to get messy and fun; just like childhood.
Level: No experience needed.
You don’t have to know how to paint. We won’t even be using paint brushes you are familiar with. We will paint with nature.
I will teach you how to paint with nature and you will learn how to be more caring towards yourself and less judgmental. Together we will discover that we all have that inner child who just wants to have fun, carefree moments.
I will guide you through the workshop step by step.
11:00: We will meet each other in Calahonda (car park in front of the Calahonda park gate) and walk together to the Workshop area. You will see the most beautiful surroundings!
11:15: We will make ourselves comfortable and talk about creativity, the inner child in us and the benefits of bringing a little more carefree moments into our lives. I will go over the painting process and give you all the materials you need.

13.00-13.30: Finishing up with a few ending words about the process. Snacks available.

+ Good to know:
TOILET: Right next to the park is a garden shop with a toilet.
PAINT: When the acrylic paint is wet, it can be removed easily. When acrylic paint dries, it forms a plastic layer which makes stain removal a little tricky. Rubbing alcohol (nail varnish removers/ alcohol-based hairspray) to the stain with a cloth works well.
